Significant Shareholder

The Company has been informed that the personal pension fund of Mr. Andrew
Perloff now holds 5,010,909 Elektron ordinary shares following the transfer of
his personal holding of 2,000,000 shares.

The total holdings in which Mr. Andrew Perloff is interested remain unchanged at
15,260,909 ordinary shares, or 17.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
